YIQI / CUSTOMER CARE
Privacy Policy
How we handle your information.
Effective September 14, 2026
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the products, sizes and quantities you choose; your name, email address, phone number and delivery address; any notes you provide; and the order's status. Our server and hosting provider also process limited technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Your browser stores cart selections locally so your cart survives a page refresh.
How we use and share information
We use your details to review and fulfill orders, contact you about shipping and payment, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Order details are stored on our server and sent to the store operator through Bark notifications. Hosting and notification providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect card numbers on this website.
Retention and security
We retain order information for as long as reasonably needed to manage your order, returns, disputes and applicable recordkeeping duties. We use HTTPS in transit, limit server-side access to order records, and keep the Bark destination outside public website files. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and information about our data practices. California residents may also ask about the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Submit a privacy request through our contact form; we may verify your identity before acting and may retain information when law permits or requires it. You may appeal a denied request through the same form.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above shows the current version.
