The terms for shopping with YIQI.

Orders and prices
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. An order number confirms receipt of your request; it does not mean the item is in stock, paid for, or shipped. We will confirm availability, applicable taxes, shipping charges, final total and payment instructions before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable or details cannot be verified. No card details are entered on this website.
Products and imagery
Product titles, photographs and descriptive details are provided for identification. Color appearance may vary by display. If a material, fit or measurement is important, contact us before completing payment. Do not rely on an unconfirmed stock or delivery estimate.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. If we cannot meet a confirmed dispatch time, we will seek your consent to a revised time or provide the cancellation and refund options required by law.
Payment safety
This website uses HTTPS and does not ask for card numbers or store payment credentials. We will explain the payment method when we confirm your order. Do not send card details through order notes or the contact form.
